   • Physical therapy services are licensed professional healthcare and are subject to state-specific telehealth regulations.

   • Coaching services are wellness-focused and not medical care.

   • Physical therapy may only be provided to clients physically located in states where the provider holds an active license.

   • Coaching services may be provided across state and international lines, provided clients understand the scope and limitations.

3. Payment

   • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

   • Insurance coverage is not guaranteed and is the responsibility of the client.

4. Updates

   • INNHERSELF Pelvic Health reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or services implies agreement with the most recent version.
