Your first visit begins with a relaxed conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals— with plenty of time for you to share your story and ask questions. We’ll look at things like posture, breathing, movement patterns, and core and hip strength. When appropriate, an internal vaginal or rectal exam may be offered–while never required, this can provide valuable insight into your symptoms and guide the best path for your healing.

Before you leave, we’ll review the findings together and create a plan tailored to your life, so you feel informed, supported, and hopeful about your next steps.

Follow-up visits may include a combination of education, hands-on techniques, exercises, and strategies that you can use at home to feel more in control of your body. Your comfort level guides every session—nothing is ever rushed or forced. Whether we’re addressing bladder or bowel changes, pain, postpartum recovery, or simply helping you move with more ease, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing feels possible and progress feels achievable.
