Birth Preparation

I offer individualized and small group birth prep sessions designed to help you and your birth partner feel confident, informed, and empowered as you approach labor and delivery.

 

These sessions focus on preparing your body and mind for birth through gentle exercises, pelvic floor and core strategies, breathing and relaxation techniques, and movement patterns that support labor.

 

I tailor every session to your needs, whether you prefer one-on-one guidance or the supportive energy of a small group setting.

 

My goal is to help you feel strong, prepared, and confident, while also providing a space to ask questions, practice skills, and connect with others on the same journey.
