I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a board-certified women’s health clinical specialist with more than 15 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve worked in both hospital-based outpatient clinics and private practices, where I’ve built pelvic health programs, mentored students and clinicians, and supported countless individuals on their health journeys. I bring together a strong foundation in orthopedics, advanced training in pelvic health and integrative medicine, and a deep passion for movement to help individuals develop the tools they need to live healthier, fuller lives.

Empowering patients to understand and take ownership of their own body and health is at the heart of my work. I founded Innherself Pelvic Health to create a safe and supportive space where every person can share their story and feel heard. I work with patients of all genders and ages, addressing a wide range of pelvic health concerns—from wanting to exercise without leaking, to having regular and comfortable bowel movements, to enjoying sex without pain. Whatever your goal, I’m here to help you find your path forward.

As a working mom of three, I truly understand how busy, demanding, and sometimes overwhelming life can feel. That’s why I’m committed to creating care plans that fit into your daily life—meeting you where you are, respecting your needs, and supporting real progress without adding extra stress.

Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me shuttling my older kids from one activity to another or chasing after my preschooler. Whenever I can, I love being outdoors, traveling, road tripping (ideally while listening to an audiobook or a podcast), and exploring new places with my family.
